Ramy Fischler is a Belgian designer based in Paris since 1998. After graduation from the École Nationale Supérieure de Création Industrielle (ENSCI-Les Ateliers), he worked for almost ten years with designer Patrick Jouin. In 2010, Fischler became a resident at the Académie de France in Rome (Villa Médicis) when he set up his studio, RF STUDIO. He was awarded the Chevalier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres in 2016, and was appointed Director of Architectural and Event Design for Chanel in the same year. In 2018, he was voted Designer of the Year at Maison&Objet’s September edition.
