After studying in Australia, Dak Coutts went on to work in Brunei, Japan, Poland and Korea, prior to joining the Louis Vuitton Architecture Department in Paris in 2001. As part of the team there, he completed projects across 45 countries, working on in-house and collaborative projects with renowned architects and designers such as Peter Marino, Jun Aoki, UNStudio, Kumiko Inui and Curiosity. In 2021, he relocated to Hong Kong to take up the role of Vice President Store Planning at Louis Vuitton North Asia.
