Valérie Brisset

After working at the Louvre Museum for eight years, Valérie Brisset joined the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (France) in 2011, where she was first in charge of monitoring community policies including common agricultural policy and agricultural policy cohesion within the Directorate of the European Union.
After serving at the French Embassy in Greece from 2015 to 2019, where Valérie ranked number 2 as Deputy Head of Mission, she was Head of the Political Chancellery at the French Embassy in the Mainland from 2019 to 2022. Since October 2022, she has been Deputy Director of the Directorate of Cultural Diplomacy, within the Directorate General for Globalization of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (France).
Graduated from the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences-Po Paris) in 1998 as well as the National School of Administration in 2011, Valérie also studied at the London School of Economics and completed a Master 2 degree in “International Cultural Policy and Management” at the University of Warwick in UK.
