Jiang Qiong Er is one of the few contemporary Chinese artists and designers with an international reputation. She was born into a family of artists and has many years of study and experience in Europe. Her bicultural background allows her to create freely, with respect for tradition, but also inclusive. Jiang Qiong Er's artworks have been collected by the British Museum, the Musée National des Art Asiatiques-Guimet in France, the V&A Museum in the UK, Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, and many other museums around the world. Jiang Qiong Er has been awarded "Chevalier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres de la République Française" and "Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite de la République Française".
